Hey, everyBODY, it’s Self-Care September! Here’s to taking time to reflect and discover what’s exactly needed to invest in yourself, mentally, physically and emotionally. One way we practice self-care? We book a wax. Because smooth skin and beautiful brows forever remain part of our self-care routine. Another way we find quality me-time is by listening to music. Hit play on our devoted Spotify self-care playlist, and we’re immediately tuned in to our true feelings.
Our self-care playlist consists of oldies and recents, upbeat and melancholy. Songs to dance it out with your besties. Hits to energize during a workout. Tunes about loving yourself and empowerment. Songs to uplift when we need a pick-me-up. Or in the opposite direction, mellower tunes when we need to establish Zen mode (or simply have a good cry). Yes, it’s quite the mix—but hey, we’re multifaceted. And self-care runs the gamut.
