As an integral part of our plan for sustainable growth and providing the best waxing experience to our guests, Waxxpot is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associates. You’ll work closely with our Waxx Specialists to help deliver the 5-Star flawless experience our guests have to come to enjoy. Pay is a combination of competitive hourly wage plus commission.
Position Overview
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet guests
- Meet or exceed personal promotion goals
- Open and close responsibilities
- Manage the appointment book
- Check in/out guests
- Manage the flow of guests in and out of the location
- Educate guests on promotions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Able to sell products and services
Qualifications Needed:
- Full/part time and holiday availability
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- A positive, friendly, fun, professional and upbeat demeanor
- History of excellent attendance
